General information (English speaking translators available)
The town hall of Alcalá La Real has recently opened the Immigrant Information Office with the purpose of giving information, orientation and advice to all foreign immigrants. The languages spoken at the office are Spanish, English, Dutch, Arabic and French.

Official duties
This office is available for the consultation and assistance in connection with:

Documentation: registration, residency, empadronamiento, permits etc.
Employment: Assistance in finding employment and documentation.
Translation: Interpreting between different languages speakers.

Once aware of your needs they are able to access the resources available to them within the municipality and can bring in other services to assist if needed.

They offer a sensitive approach and an awareness of the needs of our immigrant population offering additional support within the municipality, where everybody can come for information related to immigration.

Location and timetable
The office is located in the ground floor of the town hall in Alcalá la Real, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday for any enquiry.
